After verifying the payment process, we will prepare and ship your order. Note that orders placed on business days before 5:00 PM CEST will ship on the same day or the next business day. Please note that engraving service on products requires an additional day before shipping.

What are the shipping times and costs?

DHL Global Mail (national postal delivery service).

DHL Global Mail handles the shipping process until the package reaches the destination country. After that, the parcel will be handed over to the local postal service for delivery to your address.

DHL Express (ultra express) service is available in select countries, and costs for this service range between 9 and 20 US dollars for most countries.

Express shipping service is available via Aramex with the option of payment upon delivery to selected countries in the Middle East region, noting that this service may take up to 10 business days.

Does international shipping include customs duties and taxes?

  • Customs duties are included on all EU orders, meaning you don't need to pay extra for your order when it arrives.
  • Unfortunately, duties and taxes are not included in the price for orders sent to non-EU countries.

We ship your orders via DHL service, and we are also aware that additional costs (customs and taxes) may be imposed in your country. If you would like to know what possible duties apply in your country, it is best to contact your local customs office.

For orders under US$800, customs duties and taxes are included in the case of USA. Additional fees may apply to orders over $800.

How do I return my order?

We hope you enjoy WoodWatch products, and if you are not happy with one of our products, you can then refund or exchange the product. You can apply for a return within 45 days after receiving your order by contacting us here . Please include your order number, reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a return label and additional instructions on how to return your order. Please note that engraved products have a different return policy. You can get more information about return shipping and returns of engraved products below.

What is the return shipping mechanism?

We offer free returns within Europe. If you are outside Europe, you will pay a fixed amount to cover return costs depending on your location. Below you can find a summary of return costs and shipping times for each region. After receiving the product, we will refund or exchange the product within 5 working days.

We will always provide you with a label with instructions to help you return your order easily, these labels are tracked to ensure your order is processed quickly. We do not recommend that you ship returns yourself to avoid delays and additional costs. 

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including free accessories, tools and products. We will refund the amount once we receive the items (excluding shipping, payment or product customization fees). Note that any damage to the packaging or product may result in a deduction of an equivalent amount. 

How do I return  engraved products?

Engraved products are subject to a different return policy, where a restocking fee of €27.00 will be deducted from the amount if watches and glasses are returned. As for engraved bracelets and gift boxes, a restocking fee of €9.00 will be charged. You must also pay for return shipping no matter your geographical location. If you wish to exchange an engraved product and would like to engrave your new one, you will have to pay a restocking fee and engraving costs on the new watch. 

What warranty is available on WoodWatch products?

WoodWatch products are created with complete attention to quality at all stages of manufacturing, including the materials used in making the products. Before shipment, all WoodWatch products undergo numerous tests to ensure the highest possible degree of quality and craftsmanship.
 

Warranty terms

Give your product the proper amount of care to extend its life as much as possible. The warranty covers defects resulting from normal use and does not include damage caused by yourself to the product due to incorrect handling. Warranty conditions vary according to product category as follows:

If you would like to apply for a warranty, please contact our customer service team here . To process your order quickly, we ask that you provide as much information as possible, including your purchase order number and photos of the defect. If your warranty claim is approved, we will issue a return label for your defective product for further inspection. We will then repair or replace the product if necessary. The product will be shipped and sent back to you using standard shipping. We will cover the shipping costs of returning the product and resending it to you.
